Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
You have 7 Days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
Personalized/customized items
Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@wellux.org with your order number.
We will provide instructions and a return shipping address (if applicable).
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at hello@wellux.org.
